Lisa lived abroad in China for a few years with her husband Charles Rochester. During her time abroad, Lisa and her husband co-wrote a book on women and reinvention called Thrive: Thirty-four Women, Eighteen Countries, One Goal.     As of this year, Lisa plans on retiring from her position as Delaware's House Representative. But she's not leaving congress just yet! Lisa has declared candidacy for 2024 Senate elections to represent the Delaware district at large. She continues to be a trail blazed for women in Congress.
